About the Founder — Corey Zaharuk

Our founder, Corey Zaharuk, brings over 30 years of distinguished leadership across senior police command, government executive roles, and independent oversight — with experience across every service area we offer, consistently tested and consistently trusted.

He has led complex investigations, directed intelligence operations, advised on governance and organizational effectiveness, conducted independent oversight reviews, and carried executive responsibility for security operations and an approximately $425 million public safety portfolio. He has advised elected officials, boards, and executives under intense scrutiny, served as an inter-governmental delegate, and has been subject to the highest levels of government security vetting.
